DESCRIPTION
Reliable Neat-cut 0945/0945A are active type neat cutting oils and contain sulphurised fatty material and free sulphur to give better surface finish and longer cutting tool life over a wide range of operating temperatures. These oils are recommended for machining operations of high tensile stainless steel as well as nickel-chromium alloys on automats, gear cutting, hobbing, and drilling/reaming and thread cutting machines. Reliable Neat-cut 0945A is not recommended for use of non-ferrous metals. Reliable Neat-cut 0945A contains a higher dosage of sulphurised fat for improved surface finish and tool life and meets IS: 3065-1985 (Reaffirmed 1995) Type III Grade 2. APPLICATION
This product is ideally suited for multispindle automates, multi tool lathes and form tool work.
